HOW IT WORKS
When you subscribe, your chosen products are delivered automatically at the frequency you select.
Your subscription will continue to renew on this schedule unless you choose to pause or cancel it.
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account portal. From there, you can update products, adjust your delivery schedule, skip an order, pause, or cancel.
To ensure any changes take effect for your next order, they must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled shipment.
You’ll also receive an email reminder 3 days before your next order is billed, giving you time to make any updates.
PRICING & DELIVERY
As a subscriber, you’ll receive 10% off every order.
Orders over £20 qualify for free delivery, and if we’re running a promotion, you can still apply valid discount codes to your subscription—so you never miss out on a better deal.
To redeem a promotional code, you’ll need to log into your account and apply it within the valid promotional period.
EARNING CREDIT
Every time your subscription order is processed, you’ll earn credit in your account—£1 spent = 1 credit.
When redeeming credits, 1 credit = £1, and there is no limit to how many credits you can use in a single order.
Credits can be used on future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash. credits cannot be used alongside promotional period discounts.
After six months of inactivity with Hu, your credits are eligible to expire. You'll get a reminder 30 days before your credits are due to expire.
If you cancel your subscription, you will lose all credits you've accumulated.
A FEW EXTRAS, ON US
As your subscription continues, you may notice a few added touches.
On milestone orders - such as your 3rd, 6th, and 12th deliveries - we’ll include a small surprise in your box as a thank you for sticking with us.
Free gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
From time to time, subscribers may also receive access to exclusive offers or early promotions.
REFER A FRIEND
If you share Hu with a friend and they place their first order, they’ll receive £5 off, and you’ll receive £5 in credit once their order is complete.
Referral discounts for new customers cannot be combined with other offers.
We ask that referrals are shared genuinely. Self-referrals or the use of alternative personal email addresses are not permitted. We reserve the right to withhold or remove referral rewards where we suspect fraudulent activity.
REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS
Where refunds are issued, they may be processed as account credit unless otherwise requested.
KEEPING THINGS FLEXIBLE
We may occasionally update subscription details, including pricing or benefits, to keep improving the experience. If we do, we’ll make sure you’re kept informed.
