Baking Vegan


This super simple Hazelnut Butter Fudge is the perfect treat for fudge and chocolate lovers alike. Using only two ingredients, the hardest part of this recipe is making sure you don't eat it all in one go. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Hazelnut Butter

You will need
  • 80g Hazelnut Butter
  • 60g Hu Hazelnut Butter Dark Chocolate

Step one

Place the hazelnut butter dark chocolate into a double boiler over low heat until it begins to melt.

Step two

Stir in the hazelnut butter and remove the mixture from the heat once smooth. 

Step three

Transfer the fudge mixture into a silicone mould and transfer to the freezer to set for one hour.

Step four

Remove the fudge from the freezer and silicone mould - cut into portion sizes.

Step five

Store this vegan Hazelnut Butter Fudge in the fridge for up to 10 days and enjoy!
