EASTER CHOCOLATE NESTS (VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE)
A one bowl bake that’s plant based and refined sugar free? Say no more… It’s the old school classic with a Hu twist. The hardest part of this recipe will be waiting for them to cool!

You will need
- 200g Hu Simple Chocolate
- 2tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2tbsp Maple Syrup
- 75g Cornflakes
- 50g Raisins
- 60g Hu Hazelnut Butter Dark Chocolate (or your favourite flavour)
Chop and melt the Hu Simple Chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Once melted add the coconut oil and maple syrup.
Remove from the heat.
Stir through the cornflakes and raisins, mixing well until evenly covered.
Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases and top with a square of Hu (nut butter-filled works best).
Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
